The book was inspired by his Lordship Bp. Frank Marcus, when saintly life stories were a need among the catholics; specially the young people. This story narrates beautifully from the birth of John Bosco until the spreading of the Salesian mission in Sri Lanka.

The book is written by Don Bosco himself, about St. Dominic Savio and his holy life. It narrates beautifully how the Preventive System which was lived and followed by Don Bosco could make the holiness an easy target for his oratory boys.
