A new program called ” Early Learning Adventures ” was launched on 18 March at the “Don Bosco Learning Center” in Quetta, Pakistan. This initiative represents a crucial moment for the education, empowerment and development of the Salesian community in Pakistan.

The program was presented on the morning of March 18 by Fr Sami Ghouri, SDB, Director of the Centre, accompanied by the Salesians, teachers and students. He explained this program, explaining how it was designed to specifically cater to children aged 3 to 4, laying a solid foundation for their holistic development.

The “Early Learning Adventures” program aims to provide a stimulating educational environment and incorporates a curriculum that includes play-based learning, early literacy, numeracy and the development of social skills. The focus is on promoting curiosity, creativity and a passion for learning.

In addition to individual growth, the program seeks to have a positive impact on the local community by developing confident, socially aware and curious young students. The commitment is to foster a generation that contributes significantly to the progress of Quetta.

The Salesian community in Pakistan strongly supports this initiative and has shown enthusiasm for the prospect of creating a lively learning space for the little ones. Through the “Early Learning Adventures” project, we aim to sow the seeds for a life of curiosity, creativity and educational success.

Furthermore, the launch of this new project comes a few days after the opening of the new school year at the “Don Bosco Learning Center” in Quetta.

The students were welcomed by the Principal, Mr. Francis Nhat, SDB, who reminded children of the importance of turning dreams into reality and the power of active engagement in shaping our future. At the “Don Bosco Learning Center” in Quetta we believe, in fact, in the transformative power of education, considered the key to unlocking opportunities and creating a better life.

Subsequently, Don Sami Ghouri spoke and addressed the school community, sharing words of encouragement and hope. He expressed his belief in the promise, hope and optimism that each of the students embodies, highlighting their potential to achieve greatness through education. As educators, he stressed, it is a privilege to accompany students on their journey, ensuring that they are able to discover their passions, unleash their potential and pursue their dreams.
